It’s important to understand that all products and services offered by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. None of the content on this page, our websites, or any of our materials promises or guarantees results or future earnings, and we do not provide legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Any financial numbers mentioned here or on our sites are examples and should not be considered average or exact earnings or promises for actual or future performance. Please use caution and always consult with your accountant, lawyer, or professional advisor before making any decisions related to lifestyle changes or your business or finances.     4. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT PLANS

    Investment in Nicole Williams Collective, LLC programs and products varies. You agree to pay the full amount indicated on the checkout page. If you’re unclear about the payment terms at the time of purchase, email hello@nicolewilliamspr.com for clarification. You will receive a receipt upon purchase.

    5. YOUR ACCOUNT

    You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering with and using Nicole Williams Collective, LLC services. You agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Nicole Williams Collective, LLC may store and use the information you provide to maintain and bill fees to your Account.

    5.1 Access to Previous Purchases

    After you gain access to Nicole Williams Collective, LLC training, you may download previously acquired training onto any Associated Device if available. However, some training or services you previously had access to may not be available for download or access later, and Nicole Williams Collective, LLC will not be liable to you in such cases.

    As you may not be able to download certain previously-acquired content or training subsequently, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and it’s recommended that you back it up.

    Nicole Williams Collective, LLC has the right to change content options or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed outdated. For any “lifetime access” purchase, the offer’s lifetime depends on the lifespan during which the product is sold.

    We do not keep a record of client accounts after three years of inactivity.

    6. SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES

    Some of our communities are exclusively for clients. By enrolling in or investing in a specific program, you will gain access to a private community primarily through a private client portal.

    We have a strict policy against racism, homophobia, bullying, or any other form of bigotry in our groups. If we determine that you threaten our members, you will be immediately removed from the group without warning.

    We aim to ensure that people feel safe using our groups and forums. To achieve this, we have established a set of community guidelines for our free group, outlined below. These policies will provide insight into what type of sharing is permitted in our private groups and communities and indicate the type of content that may be reported to us and subsequently removed. Given the diversity of our global community, please be mindful that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not necessarily violate our community guidelines.

    • Business owners of all levels are welcome here: We have members of all skill and experience levels, ranging from college students to entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar enterprises.
    • Keep it respectful: Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted or removed. We encourage constructive feedback and a respectful environment for all.
    • No pitching to the group: Our groups have a strict “no shopping for customers” policy, which means you cannot direct people to blog posts with your offers or affiliate offers, publicly ask members to join your own Facebook groups or communities, or send unsolicited private messages to group members with sales pitches. You may be asked to leave the group if we receive multiple complaints about you or someone else using private messages to make unsolicited pitches. Please consider the group a community of your peers, not potential leads.
    • No gated content: Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest leads. Post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot if you need feedback or a review. Do not require people to opt-in to view.
    • Respect confidentiality: The content shared in our online community groups cannot be gathered, repackaged, or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has the right to privacy and the right to feel safe, knowing that their questions, answers, and experiences remain private to group members only.
    • Keep it on topic: We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic or offensive content.
    • Partnering with other members: Access to this group does not mean that Nicole Williams Collective, LLC endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the group – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy. If you are looking for help implementing the stuff that our membership or trainings teach, please email us at hello@nicolewilliamspr.com to work with us and be directed to a trusted referral partner.
    • Report posts that violate group policies: As we grow, the number of people in our groups and communities will get larger, making it challenging to catch everything. If you encounter a questionable post, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or contact our community manager directly via private message. This will allow our team to review the post.
    • Breaking the rules: Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7-day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.
