Nicole Palmer is a women’s empowerment advocate, brand strategist, business coach, and marketing communications expert committed to helping women lead, thrive, and succeed. She is the CEO of Nicole Williams Collective (NWC), an award-winning consulting and marketing firm that helps clients across industries to enhance operational excellence, build sustainable revenue models, and turbo-charge their marketing to build sustainable growth. Nicole also created NWC For Good, a program that supports nonprofits and charitable causes and empowers youth, women, and families through education, mentorship, and access to vital resources.
Nicole holds a degree in Communications and brings over a decade of experience in business, leadership, and marketing communications. She currently serves on the volunteer leadership of JAICC, where she leads initiatives that uplift the Caribbean community through culture, service, and civic engagement.
Nicole’s work is rooted in purpose, empowerment, and impact. Whether coaching one-on-one, speaking to audiences, or designing transformative solutions or experiences, Nicole’s mission remains clear: to help women rewrite their stories and rise into their full potential—with confidence, clarity, and impact.
