I'd love to share a bit about Nicole Williams Collective (NWC) and myself.
Hi, It’s Nicole!
I’m a strategist, coach, and author who is also a work in progress. I operate at the intersection of business, marketing communications, and personal development.
I’m a mom of two girls who are my greatest teachers, and I’m a fashion enthusiast. In fact, I also run an online shop called Fabulously Fearless Boutique. We have a guinea pig named Snowflake, whom I adore. I’m known as the straightforward, down-to-earth coach who works hard but also understands that self-love is self-care and self-honesty.

Nicole Williams Collective is a coaching, business consulting, and professional development company specializing in branding, marketing and business growth strategies for professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations. Through coaching, support, content and online tools, we help our clients and partners utilize proven strategies, systems and techniques to position their value for business growth and career advancement.
My WHY
No longer do women have to choose between family and career. But as women are shattering glass ceilings that once limited our ability to dream, grow, and change the world, we still need to evolve and assess where we fit into this ever-changing landscape around us, which can cause imposter syndrome and a gap in confidence.
We’re here to help close the gap.
Purpose & Values
My passion is to empower women to know their value, form healthy habits, find their voice, and use their God-given gifts so they can lead, earn, and win more.
I am a highly driven woman who was born to prove that when powered by purpose, you can be unstoppable. I’ve been building my storied life fighting fears, failures, and setbacks to have the success I always knew was mine to claim.
My Beliefs:
STEWARDSHIP ALWAYS: Use your gifts faithfully to bring good to the world. Acts of service toward yourself are also stewardship.
EXCELLENCE ATTRACTS: Quality drives credibility. Go the extra mile and never compromise excellence for convenience. Become the blueprint for others to follow.
CREATING IMPACT: Add value by offering solutions to problems for the people you’re called to serve. Selling is serving through your business.
WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT: Ignite your confidence by being who God called you to be. Creating impact and making money are not mutually exclusive.
My Qualifications
I’ve helped hundreds of clients write and publish books, launch businesses, level-up their careers, land opportunities, articulate their value and stand out.
Received The President’s Volunteer Service Award (2024) for leveraging my time and passion to deliver solutions to challenges people face. Received the JAICC Leadership Award (2022) for exceptional leadership through service and creating community impact. Awarded ‘The Woman on The Rise’ award from HerSuiteSpot and a Proclamation from the New York State Assembly. Recognized nationally as a SCORE success story.
My educational pursuits earned me a BA from CUNY Brooklyn College in Communications with a concentration in Visual & Media Studies.
We are Certified Constant Contact partner, She Media Media Partner, Shopify and Klaviyo Agency Partner.
I’m A certified Bridal & Event Planner with more than my share of events under my belt, and a Georgia State Notary Public.
I’m the book, ‘Bet On Yourself: Life Lessons to Cultivate and Create Your Own Success’, host of The Open Conversations Podcast, and editor of HerSuccess Mag.
