NWC For Good is Nicole Williams Collective’s structured commitment to giving back. Through pro-bono work, deeply discounted services, and long-term community partnerships, we make high-level strategy, communications, and coaching accessible to organizations and individuals who need it most.

NWC For Good is not a side project. It is a deliberate part of how we operate. Quarterly, we reserve capacity for organizations and founders who cannot access full market rates but are doing work that matters. We bring the same level of strategy, care, and execution to these engagements that we bring to every client relationship.
For us, faith and purpose aren’t separate from business. They are the foundation. NWC For Good is where that shows up most visibly.

Who Qualifies
Applications are reviewed quarterly. Engagements are limited to ensure quality delivery. Not every application will result in an engagement, and NWC reserves the right to determine fit and scope at its discretion.
- Nonprofit organizations and faith-based community organizations
- Women-led and minority-led small businesses in early or growth stages
- Community development organizations and underserved entrepreneurship programs
- Youth entrepreneurship initiatives and school-based business programs
- Founders facing genuine financial hardship who have demonstrated business viability
NWC For Good is designed for organizations and leaders who are doing meaningful work and need strategic support to do it better. We consider applications from:

HOW IT WORKS
Three ways NWC gives back.
Pro-Bono Services
Qualifying nonprofits and community organizations may receive NWC consulting, coaching, or training services at no cost.
*Pro-bono capacity is limited and awarded on a competitive application basis each quarter with capped hours per month.
Discounted Engagements
Organizations that don’t qualify for full pro-bono support may be eligible for significantly discounted rates on NWC’s core services — consulting, training, facilitation, and project-based work.
Community Partnerships
NWC formally partners with organizations whose mission and values aligns with our commitment to equipping leaders and building stronger communities.
*Partners receive ongoing strategic support, co-branded programming in exchange for sponsorship participation recognition.

The causes NWC formally stands behind.
These are not passive affiliations. These are organizations and causes NWC actively supports — financially, strategically, and through direct engagement.
We are proud to support Family Promise of Gwinnett County by putting our expertise to work in helping unhoused children and their families regain housing and independence while maintaining their dignity.
FPG mobilizes faith congregations, community volunteers, and social service agencies, we provide intensive case management and counseling to address the root causes of homelessness—one family at a time.
We are proud to lend our public relations, branding, marketing, professional development, and facilitation expertise to help JAICC develop and maintain their online presence and communications, improve operating procedures and share knowledge and facilitate classes.
Support the JAICC Sponsor-A-Student Initiative to help empower a student’s future.
As a proud St. Jude Ambassador, our owner Nicole helps to raise awareness and support for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® in giving hope to children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Funds raised help to ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food—so they can focus on helping their child live.
