1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Nicole Williams Collective (NWC) website located at nicolewilliamspr.com, portal.nicolewilliamspr.com, or shop.nicolewilliamspr.com (the “Site”) or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, active clients, and anyone else who accesses or uses our Site or services.
2. About Nicole Williams Collective
Nicole Williams Collective (“NWC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a management consulting and marketing communications firm based in Dacula, Georgia. We provide strategic and operational services to leaders and business owners, including:

3. Use of the Site
a. Permitted Use
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
b. Prohibited Use
You agree that you will NOT:
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without written permission from NWC

a. NWC-Owned Content
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, blog posts, newsletters, the Bet On Yourself book, the Plot Plan Execute Planner, and all other proprietary tools and resources — is the intellectual property of Nicole Williams Collective and/or Nicole Palmer, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
b. Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its publicly available content for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only.
c. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, distribute, or sell any content from this Site without prior written consent from NWC
- Modify or create derivative works based on NWC’s proprietary frameworks, tools, or materials
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any NWC content
- Use NWC’s name, logo, or likeness in any way that implies endorsement without written authorization
d. Client Deliverables
Ownership of deliverables created during a client engagement is governed by the applicable client services agreement or contract. In the absence of a signed agreement stating otherwise, NWC retains ownership of all work product until payment is received in full.
5. Services & Client Engagements
a. No Client Relationship Without a Signed Agreement
Visiting this Site, submitting a contact form, or participating in a discovery call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on the part of NWC to provide services. A formal client relationship is only established upon execution of a signed services agreement or statement of work and receipt of any required deposit or payment.
b. Service Descriptions
Information on this Site about NWC’s services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of specific outcomes. Service scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual client agreements.
c. Results Disclaimer
NWC provides strategic guidance, consulting, coaching, and execution support. However, we cannot and do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or performance metrics. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the client’s own implementation, market conditions, and business environment.
6. Purchases, Payments & Refunds
Any purchases made through the Site (digital products, planners, courses, event registrations, or similar) are subject to the following:
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or explicitly outlined in a written refund policy for a specific product or program.
- Service retainers and project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in your signed client services agreement.
- Payments are processed through third-party processors (e.g., QuickBooks or Stripe). NWC does not store payment card information.
- In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback filed without prior written notice to NWC, we reserve the right to suspend services and pursue recovery of fees owed.
7. Third-Party Links & Resources
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. NWC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nicole Williams Collective, Nicole Palmer, and any employees, contractors, agents, or successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Site
11. Privacy

Testimonials, client stories, and case studies featured on the Site reflect individual experiences and results. They are not guarantees of future outcomes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and factors unique to each business.

13. Social Media & External Platforms
NWC maintains a presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Your interactions on those platforms are governed by the respective platform’s terms of service, not these Terms. NWC is not responsible for content posted by third parties on any platform.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Gwinnett County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit related to your use of this Site or NWC’s services.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site or by email to active clients. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed client services agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nicole Williams Collective regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior understandings or agreements on this subject matter.
