Notary Fees

Notarial Act: $2 fee per notarial act, and $2.00 for attendance to make proof as a notary public, and $2 for providing a certificate from the Clerk of the Superior Court of the effectiveness of the notary commission.

Mobile Notary Fees: We offer mobile notary services (home, work, school, nursing home, hospital, etc) at our discretion. Our mobile notary fee starts at $35, paid in advance. Once the notary arrives at the appointment, the trip fee applies whether the service occurs.

Other fees: Other service fees may include printing, parking, etc. We accept credit cards for services and fees. Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge for handling in accordance with Georgia laws.

Cancellation Policy: The trip fee is refundable ONLY if a cancellation occurs 2 hours before the appointment.
