We partnered with NYC Community School District (CSD) 17 for the Women of Purpose Symposium to help parents embark on a journey towards health and wellness. In addition to our CEO being one of their panelists, we provided event consulting and support, as well as created promotional assets for the event.
With over 1.1 million students in more than 1,800 schools, the City School District of the City of New York is the largest school system in the United States which is broken up into Districts.
We took over PS 138 bringing uplifting and motivational stories, tips, and strategies about self-care and wellness, finance, and money management, as well as vendors, and giveaways (free of charge, BTW!).
The Deputy Superintendent of CSD 17 headlined the panel which included our CEO – Nicole Palmer (formerly Williams), Dr. Linda Michelle Baron, Sojourner Welch-David (Principal of PS/MS 394), Darlene Anderson & Victoria Faulk who shared their personal stories about facing doubt, fear & rejection while striving for something nobody else believes they can do.
The attendees got an amazing chance to join in on this conversation while learning how they too can strive towards achieving success despite any obstacles that may come their way. We were honored to be part of this event, adding value through tips & strategies that will help these parents along in their journeys!
