If you are struggling to reach your goals and be more productive, remember that behind every successful person is another person or team.

As a personal branding coach and strategist, I am one of my clients’ biggest cheerleaders helping them to facilitate meaningful transformation. Instead of struggling through their journeys alone. I am there for my clients to provide outside perspective, help them brainstorm solutions, and provide critical insight and support.

Over the years, I too stumbled a couple of times–and still do. Often, I tried to do things by myself but ran into self-sabotage, confusion, and even burnout. Then I wised up and found myself a coach to help me keep on track. What I realized is that with accountability I was limitless. I gained knowledge, wisdom, and feedback to make informed decisions to help me succeed. The best part is that my accountability partner helps me recover faster from disappointments and failures.

The benefits of an accountability partner

While an accountability partner can look different for everyone. They provide much-needed encouragement to pursue and achieve your goals. An accountability partner will keep your foot to the fire and help harness your full potential to realize your intentions. This person can be a peer, a mentor, or a paid professional. Most importantly, they should complement your personality and knows how to help you stay committed to reaching your biggest, most challenging goals. An accountability partner is a secret weapon that will help you go further faster.

Studies show that having an accountability partner increases your chances of success by 95%. Still not convinced, here’s why. Even though my clients paying me to help keep them on track should be motivation. The truth is that when someone is watching it makes you work harder. I believe they call it the Hawthorne effect. Because my clients trust and respect me, not showing up or doing the work to make themselves better is not an option. The best part is that they also keep me accountable and I get to be their cheerleader, teacher, and student all at the same time.

    Let’s achieve success together

When it comes to growing your career or business, don’t go at it alone. No matter where you are in your journey I’m here to help. As your outsourced strategic partner, I’m here to hold your hand when you are tired of trying to do this all on your own. Together we will set goals, create a future-forward plan, and drive strategic outcomes.

My ability to help my clients stay on track and improve productivity is one of my greatest strengths here at NWC. Clients seek me out when they are ready for real change, but know they can’t do it without support and accountability. And because even the best most laid plans get derailed, I help clarify their path forward and break down their goals into actionable steps with deadlines. I check in with them frequently, and encourage and help them figure out how to get past any roadblocks.

Working with an accountability partner can help you win.
