I’m sure you all have goals you would like to accomplish. The problem is, you let the curve balls that life throws at you discourage your dreams.
“The road to success is paved with failure. If we aren’t failing, it doesn’t mean we are on the road to success. It just means we haven’t left the garage.” – Dr. Jim Muncy
Success is a journey, not a destination. While you may be fixed on the destination, taking time to enjoy the journey highlights what else you get out of working to reach your goals. The objective is to approach the success journey like a marathon. It’s not always about winning but also the experience, and knowing that you’ve finished.
The road traveled may not always be smooth. In fact, sometimes there will be bumps and even detours. Just know that no matter the struggles, the circumstances, or the situation, your situation will only be a temporary condition — if you keep moving forward. Remember, life only gives you what you will settle for. Like driving, if you get off track recalculate and/or find an alternate route to your destination. And though it may take you longer, the journey is where you learn and grow.
