The true measure of a man is determined by how he deals with his challenges. And Steve Harvey has proven that he is a class act, which is paying off big. This will be Harvey’s fourth time hosting the Miss Universe pageant, following his infamous 2015 snafu, in which he erroneously announced Miss Colombia as the winner instead of actual winner Miss Philippines.
The 2018 MISS UNIVERSE® competition will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, and will air in the United States LIVE Sunday, Dec. 16 (7:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. The three-hour event will feature women representing nearly 100 countries with each prideful contestant sharing their ambitions, perspectives, and personal experiences on an international stage. At the end of the three-hour special programming, the reigning Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, from South Africa, will crown her successor.
The Miss Universe pageant is a global competition and community that empowers women to realize their goals through experiences that build self-confidence and create opportunities for success. They believes that every woman should be “Confidently Beautiful.” And like you already know, we’re all about confidence being a superpower.
