The Office of Intercultural Affairs at Hobart & William Smith Colleges desired to have an engaging conversation and strategic sessions on Personal Branding for Students. We were brought in to help their juniors and seniors enhance and position their professional brands.
The students learned how to discover their ‘IT’ and personal branding and leadership strategies better position their value. We covered out-of-the-box career options, addressed student questions, and explored options to develop an action plan to move forward with purpose.
The next day, we held one-on-one sessions with students, tailoring advice to address student-specific needs. We assisted with their LinkedIn accounts and resumes, as well as honed in on their presentation skills.
We received great evaluations from the Program Director and students, especially actionable tips and advice the student received.
Nicole’s visit was a great success. Her expertise combined with hands-on experience and entrepreneurial passion, as well as the rapport she established with our students during one-on-one sessions, were outstanding.
