Midnight Martini
The mix of Absente Absinthe Refined and Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur with a shot of espresso will add the perfect kick to your late-night coffee. Topped with coffee beans and chocolate shavings, to create the perfect drink to enjoy with your loved ones this holiday season!
Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso coffee
- 1 oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Absente Absinthe Refined
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
Add the espresso, Mr. Black, absinthe, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans and shaved semisweet chocolate (optional).
Gin Fixed
BeGIN 2022 with a Gin Fixed! This citrusy cocktail with lemon juice, pineapple juice, and Cointreau is the perfect way to cleanse your palette for the new year!
Ingredients
- 2 oz GinXII
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz Cointreau
- ¼ oz Sugar Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over crushed ice into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon slice.
