Employee well-being drives business results and shapes workplace culture. Something that East Flatbush Village Inc., understands. My team and I had the honor of working with EFV’s management team to create a workshop focused on their staff’s personal growth and leadership development.
In the end, we facilitated a very interactive employee training in an effort to empower the EFV staff to thrive both at work and in life. The employees learned how to bet on themselves by letting go of limiting beliefs, engaging in skill-building activities, and leadership solutions that tap into the power of strengths, as well as how to bring diverse perspectives to the table. We armed them with practical strategies they could use to spark daily improvement in habits, goals, and overall health and well-being.
