I first started this blog (previously Nicole Lifestyle Lounge) as a place to share my passions. It lived separately from my company website for years, but in 2020, I pivoted and merged the two. I’ve re-branded as a digital agency specializing in personal branding, marketing, and creating lifestyle content.
The website is also home to my podcast, which is available on 15+ podcast platforms including iTunes, Spotify, iHeartRadio, Google, and Amazon. The podcast features women [and a few men] from across the globe and how they are winning on their own terms. And then there is the book — Bet On Yourself: Life Lessons to Cultivate and Create Your Own Success, which I’m currently in the process of relaunching.
I wanted to create a place that wove everything I love together, so I created it! And now, I get to bring my whole self and leverage my skills, expertise, and experiences to help others.

Let me reintroduce myself! I’m Nicole Melissa Palmer – Strategist, Coach, Host, Author, CEO of Nicole Williams Collective, and Brand & Lifestyle Digital Content Creator. I was born on the island that births champions (Jamaica) but Loganville, Georgia is home. I’m a self-proclaimed life coach with a background as a makeup artist, and a certified event & wedding planner. I absolutely love fashion and reading self-help books, and I’m a mom two times over. I’m an avid notetaker and planning keeps me sane.
That means I have many different interests and creative pursuits (here’s a guide for Jill of all trades). But most importantly, I’m on a mission to help entrepreneurial-minded women succeed.
Years ago when I started as a freelancer, I didn’t know what I was doing… Honestly, I didn’t know what made me different, my niche, or how I would show up in the industry. But I did it anyway. I put in the work and did it scared.

The truth is, it’s not how many things you know. It’s what makes you special and how you position that value. Plus, there is no better feeling than finally figuring out what’s special about you and operating in your genius zone!
