When Alafea first approached us, she had pretty much no online presence. While she had a LinkedIn profile, Alafea wanted to package and leverage her experience into a brand that could create opportunities and impact. Alafea had already been working as an international teacher in China but she needed a brand that could sell on her behalf.

We worked with Alafea to boil her brand value down to one simple sentence: A Business English trainer helping second language learners become more confident English speakers. Her tagline — Speak English With Confidence.
When helping our clients develop their brands, we often find color inspiration from their lives that speaks to their essence. In Alafea’s case, we found inspiration Alafea’s warmth and Caribbean background–bright orange grounded with deeper but vibrant tones that resulted in the welcoming palette that demonstrate the invigorating and safe yet vulnerable experience Alafea requires from her clients.
We also helped Alafea develop a suite of services, including coaching and speaking topics. Alafea loved her brand direction, and so she continues to work with us and is also a member of our Leverage Society.
