• Follow-Up Notes: Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a detailed summary of the key insights, strategies, and action steps discussed during our session.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a consultation or service does not automatically establish a coaching relationship. NWC carefully reviews each potential client for conflicts of interest before proceeding and requires a signed contract to formalize the engagement.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Consultation fees are non-refundable, but appointments may be rescheduled. If the Client moves forward with a service package on the same day as the consultation, any applicable consultation fees will be credited toward the selected service.
