Nicole Melissa Palmer, a native of Jamaica, West Indies, is the Founder & CEO of Nicole Williams Collective™, a management consulting firm serving clients across industries. A respected thought leader in brand strategy, marketing communications, and organizational leadership, Nicole is also an award-winning brand strategist and business coach. Her journey began in style and makeup artistry, later advancing into event planning and project management, where her passion for marketing communications took root.

In 2015, Nicole transitioned into digital entrepreneurship, establishing Nicole Williams Collective™, a management consulting firm helping leaders and organizations make mindset shifts, drive strategic change, and create transformative impact.
