Nicole is honored to be receiving the Ladies Of 3rd Thursday “Women In Power” Media Award to be held on Thursday, March 19, 2020, from 6:30 pm-10 pm, at the LaGuardia Plaza Hotel, Jamaica NY.
Each year for the past three years, Ladies Of 3rd Thursday honors 31 Outstanding Women for the Month of March “Women’s History Month”. Each day an honoree is highlighted with all her accomplishments and on the 3rd Thursday, they all come together and honor each woman highlighted at an awards ceremony. The “Women In Power” awards are given to women who have made tremendous impacts, trailblazers, and influencers within the community through their business, work, and community services.
Past honorees include: State Senator 19th Senatorial District Roxanne Persaud; Founder/CEO Vera Moore of Vera Moore Cosmetics; 1st African American Female Football Coach for the NY Jets and NFL Football Collette V. Smith; Radio personalities Syndicated Déjà Vu (WBLS), Toya Beasley 103.9fm & Angela Yee from the Breakfast Club POWER105; President of the Suffolk County Alumni Chapter Delta Sigma Theta Sybil Johnson; President of the National Negro Professional Women Lorrie Hutchinson; Founder/CEO of Keeper of the Brand Donyshia Boston-Hill; Licensed Mental health Counselor & Certified Health and Life Coach Sonya Davie; Dr. Yolanda Ragland-Lewis; Co-Founder Black Women Talk Tech Esosa Ighodaro to name just a few. We have honored Ninety-five (95) Women in Power including our Rising Stars young business ladies.
