What we do
A notary public is an officer of the State of Georgia who has the power and authority to:
- – Witness or attest signatures or executions of deeds and other written instruments
- – Take acknowledgments
- – Administer oaths and affirmations
- – Witness affidavits
- – Take verifications
- – Make certified copies of documents
What you need to have:
For a seamless signing experience, please have the following:
- – Original, unsigned documents (you will sign when instructed by the notary)
- – A valid government-issued photo ID
- – If witness(es) is required, you must have all witness(es) present.
Acceptable forms of identification include:
- – State-issued driver’s license OR identification card
- – U.S. military identification card
- – Permanent Resident card (green card)
- – US Passport OR Foreign Passport
- – Employment Authorization card or document with photo
- – Temporary Resident card

Fees
Notarial Act: $2 fee per notarial act and $2 for providing a certificate from the Clerk of the Superior Court of the effectiveness of the notary commission.
Mobile Services: If the notary public is required to travel, trip fees start at $20. We will visit your home, office, school, hospital, nursing home, rehab, law office, etc. at our digression.
Your notary appointment is only confirmed once you receive an email to pay a trip fee and we receive a payment notification. Once the notary arrives at the appointment, the trip fee applies whether the service occurs.
Cancellation Policy: The trip fee is refundable ONLY if a cancellation occurs within 2 hours of the appointment.
