What we do

A notary public is an officer of the State of Georgia who has the power and authority to:

  • – Witness or attest signatures or executions of deeds and other written instruments
  • – Take acknowledgments
  • – Administer oaths and affirmations
  • – Witness affidavits
  • – Take verifications
  • – Make certified copies of documents

What you need to have

For a seamless signing experience, please have the following:

  • – Original, unsigned documents (you will sign when instructed by the notary)
  • – A valid photo ID for each signer
  • – All signers and witness(es) must be present.
  • – A clear understanding of the document (notaries cannot provide legal advice)

Acceptable forms of identification include

Call to verify other acceptable forms of IDs

  • – Driver’s License or ID card
  • – U.S. Military ID
  • – Permanent Resident card (green card)
  • – US Passport OR Foreign Passport
  • – Employment Authorization card or document with photo
  • – Temporary Resident card

Notary Fees

Notarial Act: $2 fee per notarial act, and $2.00 for attendance to make proof as a notary public, and $2 for providing a certificate from the Clerk of the Superior Court of the effectiveness of the notary commission.

Mobile Notary Fees: We offer mobile notary services (home, work, school, nursing home, hospital, etc) at our disgression. Our maximum fee for mobile notary services is$75 and paid in advance. Once the notary arrives at the appointment, the trip fee applies whether the service occurs.

Other fees: Other service fees may include printing, parking, etc. We accept credit cards for services and fees. Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge for handling in accordance with Georgia laws.

Cancellation Policy: The trip fee is refundable ONLY if a cancellation occurs within 2 hours of the appointment.
